Life in Balance is a 42-week community-based chronic care initiative led by the Florida Economic Consortium, Inc., a not-for-profit organization. This program focuses on underserved adults in Central Florida (Orange, Seminole, Volusia, and Lake counties) who are managing diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol.
